A. CHEST - Measure around the widest part of your chest, just under the arms, keeping the tape level.
B. WAIST - Wrap the tape around your natural waistline, roughly at navel height, making sure it stays horizontal.
C. HIP - Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below the waist, with the tape kept straight.
D. THIGH - Measure the thigh circumference just below the crotch, keeping the tape flat and horizontal.
E. INNER LEG - Stand against a wall and have someone measure from your crotch down to the floor.
F. OUTER ARM - Measure from the top of your shoulder (humerus) down to your wrist along the outside of the arm.
G. HEIGHT - Stand upright against a wall and let someone measure from the floor to the top of your head, keeping the tape vertical.
